Not bad at all especially if there is another Kia that needs to be worked on. Only problem is we have other mechanics and shops we also go to from time to time

The car looks great they were very respectful whenever I called and asked for an update on the car. It looks great. The only problem was that it took a bit longer than expected and my back right brake light is out but I’m sure that wasn’t their fault. I’m satisfied

At this point, our car has been there for a full week and I can’t get an update on when we can pick it up.

Took 11 days to complete what should have been done in three. 7 days in part of the repair was missed when I made a personal trip up there to see what was going on. Owner was rude and said horrible things about the insurance adjuster (wished terrible things would happen to him, said we were “dancing with the devil”). Cost me $386 in car rental because of the delays. Overall horrible experience and will not go back there again ever again
