I give an 8 not because of any rudeness or bad customer service from front desk personnel. I know when we work, day to day stuff becomes routine for us. That is not the case for everyone we serve. So even though your process is most time very 1,2,3 for you, for me, this was my first ever encounter with an auto body shop due to an accident. Receiving short and quick very closed end answers was VERY overwhelming for me. I felt dumb if I asked the question over or in a different way to hopefully better understand. That’s the only concern I have and hope help have resolved before another customer takes it incorrectly and decide to go a different direction.
