Front office was mildly disorganized. When I went in for initial estimate, I was the first appointment of the morning. I had to wait for someone to help me. Since it was during the week, I had to be at work at a certain time. Although I wasn’t late to work, it is frustrating to feel like I might be late because they are slow to open in the morning.
