I recommend that the shop estimators settle cost and payment from the insurer before doing the repairs. The insurer made it a problem getting my truck released back to me. I also overpaid my deductible by $100.00 which my insurance company will refund.

Milton is good and has a good customer service they fix my bumper and it looks good but usually i dont like to complain i mentioned to him some scratches on the vechile to fix it for me and when i went to pick up thr car he told me that they tried and couldnt do nothin to it what thats suppose to mean and u r a pro body shop anyway its all good

There was a huge crack on my windshield that was not there when I left it. We noted a tiny chip in another location but this massive crack was not there.

There's two chips on the door near the repair areathat weren't there before and the spoiler has two scratches on it that were not there and lastly the spoiler is not properly attached. This in addition to the sign on the back that I have to come repair along with the quarter panel side light that's sticking out.

Repairs look okay but the badge is broken on the back, the spoiler is scratched up at the bottom so looks like it wasnt properly removed or stored, it is also not properly secured. There are two chips on the passenger side door that weren't there before but are there now. This is the same side the repairs were being done on so again I'm assuming the same that proper care wasn't important at the time the repairs were being done. The rear light on the side is also sticking out more than the opposite side. Very disappointed.
