The work replacing my bumper was excellent. The communication regarding status of my car could have been better. I called the morning my car was expected to be finished and was told it would be ready between 5:30 and 6:00, and that I would get a call letting me know when my car was going into detailing. The shop closes at 5:00 and I had not received a call before 5:00, so I drove to the company to check on my car. It was done shortly after I arrived which was great. It would have been nicer to get a call before 5:00 giving me status.
