After installing the windshield camera gps automatic wiper not working. They tried to update the software but did not go through stayed @70%. Went back and they tried to update and the camera gps still not working. The side camera not properly installed. Mentioned to them and need to bring it back for them to install it properly.

Having Charles as my point of contact was awesome. He was very friendly and constantly updating me on any changes and updates with my car. It was sad to hear he was leaving. I love the result of my car. But I did not like how Esme called me and lied to me. I did not appreciate that. I was supposed to pick up my car on a Friday at 4pm. I called at noon to verify. She said if any changes she would let me know. I arrived at 430 to pick up my car. I had a missed call at 415 with a voice message stating my car wasn’t ready! She called after the time scheduled. Then lied and told me she called earlier. I had no missed calls from her. I don’t appreciate the lying. I returned my car rental thinking I would have my car and I didn’t. So I was stuck with no car for work. Point of this. I don’t appreciate the lying. I would have respected the truth. Not a lie. This upset me very much.

I have to verify first if you going to take care the inconvinience with my car when you guys paint my car. The car care is really important.

I'll take my car tomorrow. For inspection,it looks like they didn't cover it when they painted and there is the paint including the rough glass very rare that this has happened to my car.
