My car was kept past the due date and even longer since they aren't open on Saturday and Sundays. Then when I got it back, there was a small piece missing on the outside of my car. When I went back again to get the missing piece put on, the final job was nice... just took way too long and not happy that I had to go back.

There was very poor communication on their part.... Not telling me until the day of that my car wasn't going to be ready, then receiving two different finish dates, only to get it back on a third and final finish date. Not great communication between the company and client. But when I got ahold of AnnMarie when I was already not happy, she was apologetic and attentive (even listened to me saying how unsatisfied I was). I thank her for being attentive and patient when I contacted them. She was probably the most pleasant part of this whole customer experience
