Jessica, the receptionist was very nice and helpful with any questions I had. Josue was very attentive and did a great job on keeping me informed on the repairs of my car and the estimated time it would take to complete the repairs. Josue should get a big fat raise. Through the years, I’ve had to use many different auto body shops, and I have NEVER had a better experience than I did recently with Josue. His customer service skills are absolutely outstanding, and he went above and beyond for me, keeping me up to date on the repairs of my car, as well as even clearing a problem I was having with the SOS function in my car, which was not something he had to do. I will never bring my car anywhere else. Also, Jessica, who works the front desk is outstanding as well- excellent customer service and always greets you with a nice smile.
