They took upon their own hands to paint my car back bumper the original color without getting my authorization first not satisfied at all should of asked if I was ok with it now I got two tones in car.

Not 100% satisfied due to a number of times rep did not follow through with return calls. Also after picking up my vehicle I noticed the third row seats completely dirty almost like an animal was sleeping there. Seats are light cream color and any stain is noticeable.
