The process from start to finish was almost a complete disaster. From pushed back dates to unprofessional people. The one thing I will say is Andrea completely and fully is the only thing that saved this whole disaster.

We picked up our truck today. It seems to me they did an excellent job. There were a few set backs on the delivery times for completion. That being said, I believe we as customers should all be mindful of parts being ordered and the wait time is understandable. We were not upset. We’d rather wait to have your job be completed as it should. We were extremely happy with Josue Ruiz for his excellent and professional service. I’d also like to mention Miss Andrea also a very courteous and professional young lady.

Definitely would recommend. Josue Ruiz is an excellent communicator on progress of work. An overall good guy who kept us informed. Hopefully there won’t be another reason to return. But life happens and would return for collision repair there.

Customer service was great. The young lady Andrea who is in the front very professional. Along with the gentleman Josue Ruiz who handled the claim on the truck. Was very helpful and informative on what was being done to our vehicle.
