Giving it a 5 because of the back and forth that GEICO is creating for us in that they’re forcing the shop to use a vendor for used parts that has been wishy washey at best. I’m positive that if ProColor had the green light to source parts from reputable vendors that this process would have been much smoother and quicker as Diego has been a very good person to me and my situation. If GEICO wasn’t in the middle of this, they’d earn a 10.

I keep getting text messages to fill this out and I’m not sure how to make it stop. My car still isn’t done and it’s been over a month. It’s not pro colors fault but the vendors that GEICO is forcing them to use to source the parts for my car are continuously jerking them around feeding them answers to questions that don’t make sense and dragging on the repair process.

This shop was amazing I got my Scion IQ quarter panel and door fixed and it came out looking brand new. The color matching was spot on and my car was cleaner than how I left it. I also loved the service, very kind and welcoming people, again thank you so much you guys did a great job.

I first made an appointment to repair my bumper, which had become loose after repeated hits with a curb. I made my appointment and was greeted immediately. The person who helped me was honest and thorough with his assessment of how much it may cost and what could possibly be wrong. Clearly, the entire team is knowledgeable about cars as he was able to explain and help me. That same day, I paid to order my bumper. It was delivered within 2 days. I unfortunately wasn't able to come in to get my car fixed until two weeks later, they kindly held onto my bumper until I was ready. They kept me updated on how long it would take, and actually, it was finished a few days earlier than estimated. What really wow'd me was the fact that I picked up my car and it was perfectly repaired, they had given my car a wash AND cleaned the interior. This act did not go unnoticed and truly, it felt like I had a new car all over again. The professionalism is unmatched, I will definitely come here for future repairs, although I hope I don't need to repair my car again.

Your job for my Mustang was well done and 100 per cent satisfied. Especially Ibrahim was very supportive and helpful while I checked in and out. But if you keep delivery date you updated, it will be much better for customer satisfaction.
