"Honestly, I only picked this shop because Ive always heard great things about pro color collision. Not necessarily this one but in general. But also because State Farm told me about all the perks that came along choosing one their affiliated shops, lifetime repairs for the issue it was brought it and that the shop will own it no questions asked. Also if the shop stated something needed to be repaired and supplemental change needed to be made on the estimate that State Farm wouldnt argue it because they are affiliated with them. Well… that was a load of crap. I blame more State Farm on that one because they were not being very good neighbors through out the process. But also the shop seemed to only want to satisfy the insurance. Theres a lot of things that I had to take care of out of pocket. And Im about $6k deep already, but that was just to bring my car back to how it was before the incident. The attention to detail was a hard miss on them. My fog light plug in connector on the driver side I cant access anymore because when they attached the front bumper it got caught and pinched so now Its stuck. They broke my license plate light, they wouldnt admit it but it wasnt broken when I saw the car at the tow yard months ago. They did replace it though… and they lost my 392 badges… that kind of attention to detail goes a long way. Also replaced the lost badge. All the rims have white speckles on them. The rim I think they repaired started chipping. I smell coolant coming from my car. Now my car did have from right damage. All the water cooler hoses are within that area, as well as the radiator is close by and there was some from damage. Im certain that all that was inspected. I wont know until I see a leak but my car was not leaking it smelling before the incident. Not something that I could go call about since they would just fight me on it too since I was fought on almost every request I made. I should of went with my gut and took it to a shop Ive had great experiences with in the past. And not listened to the crappy spiel by the insurance. Also found out that this shop was just a rebranded pro color. It was something else before it." Read less
