Confused as to why my car was driven to orange county (210 miles) and my gas tank on empty. I thought transport meant on a bed. Also a chip in windshield not there when dropped off.

Took some time to get parts which was out of everyone’s control, but when some of them did come in Erik was great about telling us exactly when to drop off the car, and then it was really timely from there. They also did a really great job with the repair and paint. He was also very responsive to messages and questions. importantly I also liked Erik’s attitude and always felt like he was giving us the best price. I would definitely come here again!

My bed cover was missing nuts and was reassembled using nuts that did not fit and did not open or close. I had to reinstall the cover to get it to work. But other than that the repairs were excellent.
