Each and every individual I consulted with was so kind, and transparent. Despite the insurance's challenges, I was given weekly updates which was most appreciated. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle I was received by Raul (owner himself) explaining the details of my repairs and my car was detailed! It looked like it did leaving the lot when I bought it. Seriously amazed by this company!

I met and dealt mainly with Raul Urias, but the the rest of the staff was very welcoming, too. I was given an acceptable estimate and the cost was slightly lower... a sign of honesty that seems rarer and rarer these days and I very much appreciate.
