I feel like the service experience was great - Raul was always available, kept my updated and quick to reply, but my car isn't completely fixed. 1. There's a part that hasn't come in and is easy to snap on - this isn't an issue and didn't affect my rating at all. 2. The steering wheel is creaking and much stiffer than it used to be. An appointment was made so I need to take the car to Hyundai next week to have them determine if this is due to the accident - it the accident. I'm a super busy mom of 2 boys who works 2 jobs. I don't know how long this appointment is supposed to take, but if I need to leave the car there, I will need to figure out how to have my boys picked up from school that day and then how to get all of us to soccer practice that night if I don't get it back. It would have been nice to have this completed while I had the rental car. 3. While driving my car home, I received a low pressure indicator. Turns out the right tire is flat and needs to be repaired. I also learned that the left front tire was overinflated. I have my tires checked regularly at Discount Tire, so I know they were all at 33psi when I got into the accident. When I received the car, the driver front tire is at 44psi. 4. I had asked about the passenger window when I dropped the car off - when I rolled down the passenger window to make sure the passengers in the other vehicle were okay, I noticed that I couldn't roll it up. The person I was speaking with said that you'd have to take the doors apart so you'd look into this. No mention of it since, but I forgot about it when I picked the car up as well. Frankly, I didn't remember at all until I rolled the window down myself when checking on the flat tire and pressed the button to close it only find that it wasn't going back up. The car looks great and your customer service has been awesome, but I just wish my previously perfect car wasn't a headache for me right after receiving it from your shop.

I couldn’t be happier with the work this company provided for me! They helped me with my insurance claim every step of the way. They also work with me when insurance wasn’t involved as well. They worked with me with a quote/price that I could comfortably afford and they did not cut corners with the parts I needed. My car looks brand new and I’m falling in love all over again! I couldn’t be happier! They are incredibly friendly and trustworthy. I also got my vehicle back a week earlier than expected!

I have nothing but good thing to say about stil swangn lots of communication with Carlos diaz he was updating every week of what was going on with my car also big help letting me know the situation with my insurance company which the insurance never called me to let me know that the 2 reps they assigned were no longer with the company so I was very happy with the communication there nice and friendly when they finished my car repairs they left it like I never had my accident one of the things I love was the paint match my cars color perfectly and my Honda civic Type R color is very hard to paint match I was very happy I would recommend still swangn to anyone that needs repair
