Professional Body Works is a great place to take your vehicle. Easy to work with staff that answer all your questions! The work on my truck was done well and with professionalism (which is saying alot because I am very peculiar and detail oriented with a very Engineering Analytical mindset.) I was also very pleased with the detail job at the end! The only hiccup we had was the time delay. At first I was a little uncertain due to the location and lack of hearing about this locally owned bodyshop. I was searching around for other options that were telling me that it would be about a month or so before they could get it done. My insurance company and I had reached out to ask them and they had informed me they could take it now, which gave me the impression it would be done sooner. That was not the case as my repair took one month and one week. given how everything is crazy nowadays in the world I was not surprised, but just felt as if I was caught off guard and unaware. They did tell me multiple completion dates which were missed, but they had also informed me that they do not like giving out dates for that reason. Due to my specific circumstances, I was forced to press them harder than they probably expected, but they handled it well. After speaking with Jimmy, he was kind enough to cover the cost of my rental car after insurance reimbursement ran out while they finished. I thought this was a very nice gesture and was very pleased with the customer service. I do not think I would have received that elsewhere. They purchased all of my repair parts from the local Ford dealership and I was lucky enough to get them here in a decent amount of time, considering. I had a question after looking at the invoice on whether or not the heavy duty tow radiator was used on my truck, and after speaking with their staff, they assured me it was correct off of the Vin number and everything was right. I ended up referencing this to Mel Hambelton and everything I was told was correct. All in all this is a very good body shop and went above and beyond my honest expectations. I would highly recommend sending your vehicle there to anyone! Thanks to Professional Bodyworks and their Team!
