I was pleased with the bodywork done due to a no fault accident. I wish they would of called me about battery they said died on day 1 not day 2. I had asked them to call me with any issue. They did give me a refund of battery but I still am having a on going issue with this new battery also so the new battery didn't solve that issue.

I wanted a call which I voiced when I left my car there I was told about the battery day 2 not soon as it happened. The number was replaced and I was happy with the my bumper being replaced

The repair work was great but there were a couple of problems. First, the quote included removing the tonneau cover and removing the ramp for my wife’s wheelchair. The tonneau was not removed. They were able to complete the repair without the removal but this left a large amount of sanding dust in the bed of my truck which is unacceptable. Second, part of the ramp was removed but when they reinstalled it they did not tighten the nuts on the stabilizer. The nuts were so loose that they were about ready to come off. I had to tighten the nuts myself and take my truck to the car wash to wash out the bed. I called Dustin Sorge to complain. He said that I could bring the truck back and that they would take care of it. I live a hour away from the dealership. I have bought another new auto from Progressive years and decided to return when I found a good deal online for the truck. I just wish more attention to detail was paid.

Things still are not right. Map still isn’t working and now in a separate incident, the car had to be towed on Saturday because of the breaks not working and a myriad of lights coming on. Besides the problems after the car was hit, there have been nothing but problems since we bought it.

Everyone was easy to talk to and very polite. My blazer looks brand new again I couldn’t be happier
