I have referred others to Progressive and they were not satisfied with their service and overall time frame to many issues where left hand didn’t know what the right hand was doing

Estimated approximately $11000 total repairs in excess of $18000 repairs took 8 weeks kept receiving weekly phone calls with a lot of excuses why it was taking so long.Also kept running into problems that they originally didn’t know about when doing original estimate this was major things I feel they should have realized when estimating.
