The gerage was more then accompanied keeping me informed on what had to be done with the car after it arrived. I had asked to get some papers out of the car and tried to make things easy for me. I was keep informed on every little step as they had to replace all the parts. After receiving the car there were a couple dash lighgs that came on and i returned the next morning everything was reset again as nd fix in a couple minutes .Thanks for going out of there way working with the insurance co. abd keeping me in forward befor i ever had to make a call.

The initial repair estimate submitted to my insurance was not based on physical review of the vehicle. Once the vehicle was physically reviewed it was discovered that additional parts and computer programming would be needed. This error and associated delay caused me to incur additional rental charges that were not covered by my insurance as my rental coverage ended two days prior to completion of repairs.

The shop was completely professional in the explanation of what was going to happen and why.I had an other repair shop do very similar work on this same car a little over a year ago and there was was no comparison in the two operations. Progressive outdid themselves. I am a very satisfied customer!
