Progressive went out of their way to make my car repair experience exceptional. It was done in two days, they coordinated the rental car company for me, and when I got my car back it looked brand new. I will be going back to progressive for a future bodyshop repairs!

The repairs look very good. However the reluctance to get a windshield in a more timely manner cost me a lot for car rental: In that l remain disappointed. I have never received a thanks for locating a windshield for you.
