Prostar does outstanding work in a timely manner. My car was returned in perfect condition. As a recent widow, having a car accident in my new car, even though not my fault, was unnerving. Service was fast and courteous. James and the rest of the team there are awesome. My wife has a sensitive nose so I don’t know how many others may have noticed that the lobby smells like a bathroom air freshener. That would be the only thing I would say to change.

The repair was perfection. Car feels new. I had no idea my struts were damaged. But now the car is taller and better driving. My only complaint is that the opposite headlamp lense ( not part of repair) looks foggy compared to the it’s new one. ☝️. Other wise, Prostar discovered my lights were not correct. They fixed my bulb issue and restored my CRV to its showroom look- as a repair they delivered.
