I was in an accident while away from home. Taking the car to Pro Star was definitely the right decision. James was extremely helpful in explaining the entire process when the car was brought in for an estimate. I was given timely status updates, made aware of parts delays and assured of a completion date. The quality of work was excellent. James, especially, went over and above to have my car returned, as scheduled, in its best condition! Rarely do you get great service and communication like this.
