I appreciate the customer service from Nour (sp?) who was very helpful in getting my car repaired with the best rate. The company was also very flexible in meeting my appointment and being able to push it back to a date that I needed service done on it due to my availability to take off from demanding hours. I appreciate her service and recommend her to anyone looking for car repairs at Pro Tech!

Protech Body Shop from day one, Nayeli was extremely helpful providing me a detailed process on my vehicle repairs. As well as keeping me informed of the progress on my vehicle repairs. The work was completed sooner than expected wich was a plus to me.

My experience with Protech Body Shop was nothing short of amazing. Nour, Nayelli, & the entire team provide high quality service, communication and repairs! This is the only place in Texas I trust with my luxury vehicle and will continue to utilize their service if I ever need additional repairs. They treat you and your vehicle with such care that’s unlike any other place around. Quite frankly, this shop is a 100/10! I could go on and on about how thrilled I am with my experience but I fear I’ll run out of space.

They’re efficient, and handled my car with such care that I’ll never bring my car to anyone else for repairs. I have always been totally satisfied with the work they do at Protech Body Shop! They’re quick, but never at the expense of quality—their work is seriously top-notch. Unfortunately, I’ve had to bring my car in twice within the same month for damage to the same bumper, and both times they’ve treated me and my car with so much care and consideration. They make the entire process easy, keep me informed, and I always feel like my car is in good hands. And somehow, my car always comes back even cleaner than when I dropped it off! It’s hard to find a body shop you can genuinely trust, especially when dealing with the stress of car repairs, but I wouldn’t hesitate to bring my car back to Protech. I absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for quality work and great customer service!

I found out about Protech on Google and I am so glad I did. Nayeli did a super professional job and their work was top notch. I was super happy with getting regular updates on the car and appreciate their work ethic and service. Extremely satisfied with the service Protech provided with the repairs. My car needed minor repairs and where most body shops would’ve taken weeks, Protech completed the repairs in 10 days. Too many issues to go through. Paint peeling, damaged radiator support, took months instead of days to complete, wrong fasteners used, parts put on dragging, not everything damaged in the accident was replaced, and battery dead & damaged when it should have been placed on a battery maintainer.

Completely unreasonable customer service, when you have to physically and personally show them that the car has dragging parts, incorrect pieces, damaged radiator support, parts missing, and have to correct them that parts are indeed and clearly part of the car and still available by having to spend hours researching it yourself by looking up your VIN at several dealer websites.
