The only issue that I had and please remember I’m an older client. When the date of completion was changed it was only given in a standard biweekly text. I had expected a call if the date changed, but them as I said I am an older client

To be honest, I was a bit embarassed about the state of my vehicle when I brought it in, but your team was completely non-judgmental and made me feel at ease, and I felt well taken care of. Raunel kept me informed of progress and even looked out for issues outside of what brought me in (replacing battery). I'm highly satisfied with the body work completed, I mean, it looks just brand new, and also really appreciated yall also tidying my interiors too. Thanks for taking care of me and my vehicle.

Everyone that I worked with at the Kramer Lane Caliber Collision were AMAZING. Tosha was kept me up to date on the progress of my car and even got it to me a week early, looking brand new. Haley( I think that's her name) was the ABSOLUTE BEST as well. So was great with the paper work and getting my rental car taken care. Both of them went above & beyond to make the experience very easy and painless....

I was very happy with how well Caliber took care of me and my car. Both Haley and Tosha were so courteous and great to work with.
