I chose this place because of the great reviews. However, after they returned my car, the trunk door started having problems with the sensor. It wasn’t having this issue before I brought it in, so it was very disappointing to have this problem after the repair.

I haven’t noticed any issues with the vehicle so far and it came with a lifetime warranty. The staff were very nice and accommodating, providing open communication throughout the process and having a partnership with the rental place so I had no issues with them.

I was going to use Toyota where I actually bought the car but I had a change of heart when I met Hailey and Tosha ! They were so nice and professional! Plus giving me all this information and Tosha staying in touch by texting me everyday. I just can’t express how all that helped me and I felt no stress after I left my car there. I was really nervous about taking my car in because I literally never had to deal with car stuff. But with my husband working out of town I had no choice. From the beginning to end caliber collision had great customer service, great communication and made feel like I was at the right place to get my car fixed. I don’t remember the name of the front desk but she was super helpful and friendly. Tosha who just moved to that location explained everything to me and kept me informed about what was the process of my car the whole time. I was at ease. And honestly my car looks so good they did a great job. Happy with everything and caliber collision. Thank you.
