Everything went well. Service was good. Mike was excellent and was the main reason for us using PUR. He was professional from the initial phone call thru the completion of the job. The job was done well and quickly. The labor charge was a bit high for the amount of time taken to do the job, but given Mike's attentiveness, we didn't mind paying a premium. We were pleased and will return there if needed as long as Mike is there. Thx Mike!!

I appreciate the attention and reassurance received from Arthur and his staff. I was dealing with my son’s car repair from out of state and was worried about whether the repairs would be completed on time and would go over our car rental limit.
