Everyone EXPECTS their car to be repaired the proper way---but I did not EXPECT all the extras that I got with Putnam---They went above and beyond. The car looked like it was brand new when I picked it up right down to the paper on the drivers side of the floor to keep the carpet clean. Customer service from everyone in the office and a call from the repair person giving me a call to confirm a detail--was unexpected and well appreciated.

Friends who saw the car knew all the lights were working, replacing lights and parts were not needed. From a four thousand estimate to a 15,000 bill is uncalled for. I would not recommend taking a car to Putnam repair. very disappointed . My opinion.
