I just wish I had been more informed or updated about service. I had been told the repair could take up to a week, which I then planned for. But as 1 week approached, I heard nothing until I called and found out that an additional part was needed and ordered, so it was taking longer. I would have just appreciated a heads up...when they knew, I should have been informed
