My car was deemed totaled by State Farm; therefore, my car was not repaired. Also, a BMW employee asked me what I did to my car and I didn't appreciate that since a drunk driver hit my car while I was sleeping. :)

My button to low, my driver side window is little sloppy, but it was it like that when I took it over I can live with it. They sent me a link to follow it, but it never worked. I don’t know how long it would take, but they had it for a week. But so far it looks good.

In addition to the things I said previously, the shop somehow put 10 extra miles on my car in the week that they had it, and I was never told that it needed to be taken to another location. That makes me distrust the shop.

The repair itself was okay, but there was a lot of confusion between members of the team about what my car needed and when it would be ready, and the state they gave my car back in was unacceptable.

I was scheduled for a 30 minute estimate and it looked like it took about 15 minutes to do the estimate, but I still had to wait there for an hour for some reason. One of the front desk women was very friendly and the other was not and didn't seem to know what she was doing.
