We provide high quality repairs to all of our customers. we are a direct repair facility for several insurance companies but we will work with all companies. We have top of the line frame repair equipment as well as a new line of water borne paint system. We are committed to providing first rate repairs and customer service to all our customers. They did a great job at repairing my car. However, the lack of communication really was the downside. I had to call just to see where they were with the repairs. I was told it would only take a couple days when in reality it took a week. Luckily I work from home so it wasn’t a big deal but I never was called to let me know why it was going to take longer. Also, when I initially took my car in for the estimate, i gave them about a week to send it in. After that, I had to call to ask where the estimate was and it turns out they forgot to submit it.

We received a fast estimate that was competitive with other estimates that we had done. In fact, they had the best priced estimate and they are local! My vehicle was hit by another driver and since the other driver used State Farm Ins and Quality Auto is a certified State Farm center, the process was extremely easy. The craftsmanship looks great, but as we all know time will tell.
