I was very pleased with the work quality and timeliness and accuracy of the repair. Great job. I also thought the lady's I worked with at the front desk and to estimator. They were also very helpful with the rental company and the communication on my repair status. My only reservation was when ai picked it up and saw the inside of the bed it was all tracked up with dust and footprints. I thought they should have cleaned it up better since it was a new truck and the bed was still kind of clean and the coating was in new condition. I guess I should have asked you all to clean it befor I drove of. Otherwise I was very happy with the service and would recomend you all for any other work and to my friends

The only thing I would suggest is that when a repair is going to take almost a month, the shop would update the customer with a couple of phone calls to let the customer know the ETA of completion.
