Amazing responsiveness. Walked me through the entire process and reviews all the damages and how it would be repaired. Hours were conducive to ease of drop off and pick up. Overall courteous and professional and timely.

Thank you for letting me snap a few pics of the truck during the repair process - I appreciated your being willing to take a few minutes to go out of your way for a customer. I appreciated your level of customer service. From Stevie being a real expert in his field, to doing a flawless job explaining to me how the job would go and then also meeting your initial timeline. But he was able to guide me through the process and did a really great job setting my expectations as to how the repair would go. I appreciated that. He took his time to answer all my questions and walked me through the process carefully. I thought the customer service I received at Quality Auto Body was really excellent.
