I brought my vehicle in for repairs on January 30. Despite having my car since that date, the shop did not submit for a repair quote until February 21, nearly three weeks later. After that delay, they did not submit for a tire replacement until March 6, causing even further unnecessary delays. During this time, I was placed in a rental vehicle. The shop stated they would only cover four days of my rental, which is unreasonable given the extensive delays on their end. To date, they have not paid anything, and Enterprise is still waiting for payment from them, leaving me caught in the middle. Additionally, my tire was removed from the back of my vehicle without my consent. I was told the tire had been slit and that the wheel shop had it. However, when I contacted the wheel shop directly, they informed me that there was never a tire brought in. No one from the repair shop has followed up with me regarding my missing tire, and I have yet to receive a call back about this issue. This entire situation reflects a serious lack of communication, accountability, and professionalism. Between the excessive delays, unpaid rental costs, and the unexplained disappearance of my tire, this has been the worst repair experience I have ever had. I would not recommend this shop to anyone seeking vehicle repairs.
