I felt frustrated with them because my car was estimated to take a week. Twice they had a defective bumper. The communications with them were limited and it was me who had to call to even find out about these complications. When I received my car, the light in the back was out. Luckily they fixed it a day later.

All the mechanics were very attentive, clear at explaining the process, and just generally good at their jobs. They also made sure to keep some parts that were replaced in case I may ever need them in the future. Would definitely go back if I have a need for repairs, body work, or even just a paint job.
