They were very polite and informative from the minute I dropped off my car for repair. They kept me informed throughout the service with updates. They called me early on the day my car was ready to be picked up so that I could schedule my day accordingly. When I arrived to pick it up, it had just come out from being washed! The young man at the desk was the one who came out to take the initial pictures of the damage and carefully listened to my concerns, and reminded me to take my ez pass from the car. I actually met John when i picked up my car; he worked on my car and left me the updates throughout. I haven't needed a body shop before, but I definitely would use their services again and would highly recommend them to others. My car was actually ready in less than the estimated time frame originally planned.
