The workmanship was absolutely stellar — the vehicle looks brand new again, and they even returned it fully detailed inside and out. Shane and Jeff were excellent throughout the entire process. They were always responsive, professional, and genuinely polite, which made everything stress-free. You can tell they really care about both the quality of their work and their customers. Shane at Quality Coach provided excellent service before, during and after the repair. The repair and charges were clearly explained to me, as well as the progress of the repair. The due date slipped a few days due to the availability of a part, and this was explained to me, so I did not mind.
