I would never take my car anyplace else. I don't drive my cars for 2-3 years, I drive them for a decade. Jeff and his team at Quality do it right, and they communicate clearly. In almost 30 years of working with them, I have rarely had an issue and when I did, they always made it right.

The goal is to have your vehicle looking new again after an accident. I have a 25 vehicle. The owner and staff were really nice. However, I picked up my car and the panel was cracked and the paint was peeling and very visible were they did a paintless dent removal and the dent was still there. They fixed it but the fact you didn't inspect the vehicle and make sure everything was correct prior for pickup is poor customer service. I went back the car was ready and it had white cocking visible. I had to ask to wipe it off. There was white residue all inside of my car and trunk. Why wasn't the car wiped down prior to pick up. I don't know if I would go here again. Im scared the work they did is going to fail. They do offer a warranty which is nice but is is going to be done correctly and I have to go through this again. For over 5k customer service and quality of work should be top tier.
