I was extremely satisfied with the service received at Quality Coach. At a stressful time they made everything run smoothly with constant communication. Jeff went out of his way to make things easier for me. And Shane cheerfully traveled to my home to shovel my car stuck in the snow!! Who does that? My restored car looks fabulous . You can’t do better .

Fortunately I haven’t had to have any collision work done for quite a while. The last time I had It was with Jeff @ Quality Coach THIS time wasn’t any different and didn’t think twice about having my 18 yr Old Mercedes Wagon in for rear bumper replacement ( which Jeff found possibly the only one in existence) and Returned my car back to me in like new condition in the time frame promised.. What else could you ask for? Excellent service, workmanship and integrity.. Like discovering a vaccine!

Finding an original rear bumper for an 18 year old Mercedes Wagon equal to the needle in a haystack . Jeff found ONE ( possibly the ONLY ONE) within the Midwest if not the country, Not surprised he was able to do so. Got my car back to me in timeframe promised , the cost promised and the Excellent results promised. That trifecta in ANY business is like discovering a vaccine. 100% couldn’t be happier !
