HORRIBLE customer service. People at collision shop were aggressive, unprofessional and dismissive. Job took almost two weeks. I was never told that. Blamed my agent for not getting me rental coverage on my policy. I quoted Jon at another reputable shop. Total work time was 3 days.

Customer service was fantastic from quality Coach Collission. Friendly and very prompt with repair time. Quality of work was superb!! I donât think I will ever use another repair shop again.
