Yes I would like to thank everyone on the team for their concern and care of our automobile. We had an unusual problem unrelated to a collision, and might have been a little leery of bringing our vehicle to a body shop when it didn’t have a need for bodywork. But after talking to Jim Jenkins for just a few minutes and establishing a bond together that I hope will remain forever, we left our vehicle in their care. The work was dealt with as needed at a location that could offer warranty on the repair, and put it back to original usage style. Being that we only had 800 miles on the car brand new, We were very distraught about our situation. Within a few days we felt good again and have made adjustments to prevent our problem from reoccurring. Thanks again for the professional attitude and kind service. Jim was very professional and he kept me informed every step of the way. The best part was being able to have my rental waiting for me upon my arrival and being able to drop it off and the collision center. He was very upfront and trustworthy. I will use him again for future mishaps.
