My Experience

Quality Collision was informative during the entire process. They let me know as issues arose. They gave me realistic dates of completion, and delivered as promised. The repair was explained in detail, and the vehicle was returned “like new”! I chose Quality Collision based on Liberty Mutual’s recommendation, and they exceeded expectations.

My Experience

Totally disappointed with outcome. 2015 Mitsubishi Lancer was released back to customer With plastic fog light cover loose and damage. Car pull drastically to the left, obviously a wheel alignment was overlooked and it needs it immediately Car is not safe to be driven in this conditions. Please advise as to resolving this matter asap. We have not reported this matter to our insurance.

I don't deal much with body/car repair shops but the fit/finish, QC needs to improve. I don't know how this shop compared to others.

Repair Quality

The 5 is just for the repair.... not the follow through to to insure the car has been gone through. The 5 would be better if there was a better job done on the orange peel.

Customer Service

There were several large packaging/wrap from the parts they installed on my car put in my truck as trash for me to deal with. There is grease/dirt on both the beige fabric front seats from them getting in because the driver door wouldn't open. I don't know if it will all come out yet or not. The top on the engine and surrounding areas is dirty from where the hood and fender was off while replacing and never wiped clean. 2 warning lights appeared 30 minutes of me picking the car up. One was a low tire alert that happened as I pulled out and started to go and the second a low coolant level alert 20 minutes after leaving. I returned to the shop and they were closed. I opened the book to determine what I need to buy, found a location and filled. The paint job on the hood and fender is heavy orange peel compared to the paint on the balance of the car.
