Tracy, Fountain, Brandon and the laborers do an awesome job from the initial quote to the finished work. The new protocol of signing a release form before repairs could be started was an aggravating process, especially after signing the responsibility portion of the drop off envelope with the key in it.

If I could give them a higher rating I would. Everyone customer service was awesome!!! It was a misunderstanding after I pick my car up pertaining my headlight they allowed me to bring my car back for them to put them in without hesitation. And I did not have to wait long. I love the work they did to my car. I really appreciate them for such awesome work and being friendly they also kept me updated about my vehicle. The ladies that work at the front desk were very polite even down to the older guy that works on the inside also. Everyone was very professional and I loved it!!! I’m glad I chose you guys!!! Thanks again I will definitely refer others.

I would highly recommend the work, but would caution that the repair could take longer than initially anticipated.

Quality of the body work and electronics repair is excellent. It did take a long time (3 weeks initially). Paint did not match after 2 attempts and a third will be required. However, this is a VERY difficult color to match and I certainly appreciate Mr. McLawhorn's understanding.

Pleased with repair and updates on status. Only negative was that it took 2.5 weeks for the work to be completed which was much longer than the week originally estimated. Luckily we have another vehicle so it was not an issue.
