Original repair was very sloppy - requested they fix it, and when I was called to come pick it up the second time it looked even worse than the first. Took three times to get it reasonable. Was still not the best it could be but was tired of dealing with it and needed the vehicle back after three weeks.

Seemed to be a lack of communication as was told different things by different people multiple times. Also every time I called it sounded like I was on a speaker phone, kind of hard to hear and understand.

Only thing I'm satisfied with is the time it was repaired in. They didn't put the clamp all the way on the bottom radiator hose. Which lead to the hose coming off. Car started running hot. Had to buy more antifreeze an stranded for 2 hrs with pregnant gf
