We provide a high level of customer communication throughout the repair process including text and email messaging with vehicle owners. Our products are Subaru, Volvo, Cadillac and GM. However we specialize in all makes and models. Our team holds I-CAR Gold certification status as well as continuing education through GM and are committed to providing superior service.

When I begin to put on the brakes, the break is sputtering and pushing back against me. So frustrated that my car was in the shop for nearly 8 weeks and was returned to me with key fobs with dying batteries, and an employee who seemed to be an annoyed to be dealing with me!

Car returned with keyfob batteries dying (told to me by the employee who returned them to me) and worst of all gravel and drt in the mesh below my sunroof, which was NOT there when I dropped the car off. I have video documentation! How did it get there? Who was driving my car with the sunroof open or who parked it with the sunroof open in an area where gravel could be dumped into it? Extremely concerning!!

When I went to pickup my vehicle, it had not been cleared of snow; no one asked to clean the snow off my car. I had to ask someone to clear the snow. The gentleman that help was very helpful
