We provide a high level of customer communication throughout the repair process including text and email messaging with vehicle owners. Our products are Subaru, Volvo, Cadillac and GM. However we specialize in all makes and models. Our team holds I-CAR Gold certification status as well as continuing education through GM and are committed to providing superior service.

Since The vehicle has not been returned I cannot answer the questions you ask. Thus I gave a rating of 5 for all questions since I could not answer them. Quantrell Collision has not called to tell me the car is repaired. I took the car to Quantrell Collision on Aug. 6. So I cannot comment on the qality of repair or that I am satisfied.
