We provide a high level of customer communication throughout the repair process including text and email messaging with vehicle owners. Our products are Subaru, Volvo, Cadillac and GM. However we specialize in all makes and models. Our team holds I-CAR Gold certification status as well as continuing education through GM and are committed to providing superior service.

They did a good job on the repair when it was finally completed however I waited for an extended period for a part for my EV and when they go it they ordered the wrong part. Updates/communication was horrible. I called the day before my initial pickup date just to find out it was not ready and I was only updated about a new completion date through text. When I called I never got the same person and they didn't know the answer to my questions, nor did I usually get a call back. I asked that my tires be rotated while they had the vehicle as it was time however the collision center told me they could not do that. At that point I was concerned that a collision center could not remove tires and put them back on. They did have to take my car to the dealership to update the computer and after asking multiple people to have it done there to save me a trip and time it still wasn't done.
