The vehicle operates well, but the gap around the hood of my car is not even all the way around and is not flush with the surrounding body pieces at the front.

The manager I spoke to multiple times was the only person that would give me status updates, but I had to call them all but one time when they called me. This wouldn’t have been as big of a deal but my repair was delayed many times due to faulty replacement parts (not the shops fault) so it would have been nice to be updated instead of wondering why the repair was taking a month and a half to complete. I was told I’d be put on a texting list for repair updates but never received any until the one that told me my car was ready to be picked up… over a week after I had already picked up my car.

Top Notch service from beginning to end. Their quote was 36% less than a competitor and no new parts were needed. This was my first time needing a repair (minor). Using Queen City proved beneficial, as they were in State Farm's network and came the with support of my insurance company. 🏆🏆🏆

The guys did very solid work on my exhaust and oil pan replacement, only downside was there was a lot of waiting on parts for a replacement sub-frame and SRS module
