I wanted to take a moment to recognize two outstanding employees who made my repair experience exceptional—Eric and Molly. Eric did an amazing job overseeing all of the work on my truck. He kept me informed throughout the entire process, explaining what was being done, when it would be completed, and making sure I always knew what to expect. His communication and professionalism gave me complete confidence that my truck was in great hands. Molly was equally incredible. She always greeted me with a smile and took the time to explain every step of the process. She made sure I understood what the insurance company needed, who I needed to speak with, and always offered the best advice. She went above and beyond to make everything as easy and stress-free as possible. Together, Eric and Molly made what could have been a difficult experience go incredibly smoothly.
