Extremely satisfied, especially with Molly who was our point of contact. Molly did a great job explaining the process, answering questions, and keeping us informed throughout the process. Prior to the repair, Lou clearly explained what had to be done to repair our car. At the conclusion of the repair the car was repaired to like new condition, and a day ahead of schedule. We could not be more pleased.

Need written estimate for work to be done - not an insurance claim - self pay. I was given one price prior to paying, then another price when pay I was actually paying. Very confusing - was told part # was entered incorrectly - thus the price confusion. Does not instill confidence when I might need your services again.
