Communication was ok, however on last couple of days prior to car being completed there was a miscommunication of info by cust service based on a supplemental claim which had already been paid in full by insurance company. It was resolved after cust service reviewed it but I felt as though I had more info than quonset based on communication from insurance agent who kept my claim up to date.
