I just had an amazing experience with Ferraro and couldn't be happier with their service! My car required significant repairs after an accident, and the logistics of getting it to the shop and back were stressing me out. To my surprise, Anthony went above and beyond; he actually arranged to pick up my vehicle from my home and dropped it off freshly repaired and detailed when the work was complete. This level of customer care is almost unheard of these days. Not only was the repair work flawless, but the complimentary transport service saved me a huge headache and several hours of my time. Anthony was professional and communicative throughout the entire process, and genuinely committed to making a difficult situation easy.
